What's New
The Recognition Ceremony of Citi Community Intern Program 2009 was held successfully on 31 May 2010. Around 100 guests, representatives of University Business Schools and non-profit organizations attended the Ceremony to witness the achievements of the interns. The Ceremony was officiated by Mr Wong Yan Lung, SC, JP, Secretary for Justice of the Hong Kong SAR Government; Mr Shengman Zhang, Citi Country Officer for Hong Kong; Mr Bernard Chan, Chairperson of The Hong Kong Council of Social Service and Ms Christine Fang, Chief Executive of The Hong Kong Council of Social Service. An Award of Excellence was presented to 4 teams of interns to recognize their outstanding performance in the program. [ Photo Album ] |

Citi Community Intern Program 2009 – Electronic Memorial Booklet [ Read the book ]
The electronic memorial booklet records the local University Business Schools’ encouragement to the interns, and the sharing of the participating non- profit organizations and interns as well. All interns expressed that they would recommend the program to other university students, while 98% of the placement organizations also indicated that they would participate in the program again.

Mission
The Citi Community Intern Program aims at inspiring Hong Kong university students majoring in Business Studies to contribute their knowledge and expertise to non-profit organizations. The ultimate aim is to cultivate their concept of Corporate Social Responsibility and prepare these interns to become business professionals with a broadened understanding of the community.
